As you walk trough the landscape, let the landscape also move through you. Find a transparency in yourself. Landscape enters, passes through and leaves your body.

What kind of physical and mental concentration one needs to truly walk through a landscape? You need an equal strong focus on yourself as well as on the landscape. One eye watching inside and one eye outside so to speak. (with a third eye observing both watching)

Being silent and not talking does not mean enclosure within oneself. Keep open to others and to the landscape. Frank
